Long Island Café

The Long Island Cafe first opened its doors to the Charleston community in 1986. Over the course of its 27-year history this hidden gem of a restaurant, inconspicuously set within a strip mall on the Isle of Palms, has been a staple of both locals and tourists alike. The Long Island Cafe is open for Lunch from 11:00am to 2:30pm and for Dinner from 5:00pm to ” ’till, ” as well as brunch on Sundays served from 11:00am to 2:00pm. It has a fully stocked bar, and accommodates large parties and accepts reservations.

Coconut Joe’s Beach Grill

Coconut Joe’s is the place to be for family friendly beachfront dining on the Isle of Palms. Dine on the covered deck against a backdrop of the Atlantic Ocean or bring the kids up to the roof, where the whole family can enjoy live music and plenty of fun.  If you’re looking for great food, friendly service, and unbeatable views, they’re here. Come by and find your slice of paradise!  Coconut Joe’s Beach Grill is available Monday through Friday from 11:00am to 9:00pm, Saturdays from 9:00am to 10:00pm, and Sundays from 9:00am to 9:00pm.

The Refuge

The Refuge offers an array of menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner to fit the schedule of any island dweller. Brunch enthusiasts can take refuge in our Weekend Tide menu, overflowing with delicious creations like baked avocado and egg, or stacks of buttermilk pancakes. With a coffee bar for coffee lovers and a restaurant for foodies, The Refuge creates an unparalleled atmosphere for dining.  Open Sunday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Friday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Morgan Creek Grill

Morgan Creek Grill offers unparalleled panoramic views of the Intracoastal Waterway and surrounding Lowcountry marshes from two waterfront dining rooms. They offer two creative kitchens and menus, giving you the choice of a more fine dining experience in their downstairs Dining Room, or a casual open air dining experience on the Upper Deck and Creekside Bar.

Coda Del Pesce

For that special occasion, Coda Del Pesce offers fine dining in an elegant setting.  Located on the main street of Front Beach on the Isle of Palms, the restaurant features floor to ceiling windows or a small outside deck overlooking the ocean. The inside host a welcoming bar area for a more casual island drop-in. Open Monday through Saturday, the bar begins service at 5:00 pm daily and dinner from 5:30 pm Monday through Thursday and until 11:00 pm on weekends.

Acme Lowcountry Grill

Acme Lowcountry Kitchen features upscale, yet casual elements of traditional coastal cuisine with classic fare. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served in a casual beach atmosphere with flavor profiles that exemplify fresh local ingredients and sustainable seafood.  Visit Acme Lowcountry Kitchen for any meal of the day from 8:00am to 9:00pm.

The Boathouse

A local favorite, this nautical-themed family-friendly restaurant features excellent fresh, local seafood, along with great views of Breach Inlet. The Boathouse offers casual dining both inside and outside on the screened porch overlooking the water. The menu features signature dishes such as steak, lobster, crab cakes and  daily fresh-catch specials.  It has a fully stocked bar and accepts reservations.
