Life is a Beach
Elsewhere is located on the crystal clear waters of the Montego Bay Marine Park and has a lovely beach for playing in the sand, sunbathing, viewing marine life and enjoying kayaking or paddle boarding. For swimming, there are a couple of lovely beaches just a few minutes away by foot, car or boat. Check these out!
Located along the Hip Strip of Montego Bay, Doctor's Cave Beach is about 15 minutes away by car or by boat. Lunch and refreshments are available for purchase and chairs and umbrellas are can be rented.
Montego Freeport private beach (formerly Hard Rock Café Beach Club) is only available to residents of Montego Freeport and located about 1/2 of a mile outside the gates of Lagoons. Passes for up to 12 guests are available at the villa.
Ready for an Adventure
For adventure lovers, we recommend any of the many activities offered by CHUKKA Adventures. Fly through the rainforest hundreds of feet in the air, swim on horseback, explore the countryside on an ATV, or take a relaxing float down a river. To stay close to home, look for activities in Montego Bay or Sandy Bay. One of our favorites is a little further away near Ocho Rios - White River Rafting.
Par-Tee Time
Jamaica is known as one of the premier golfing destinations in the Caribbean and, within a 20-30 minute drive from Elsewhere, you can explore one of four beautiful, tropical golf courses. We suggest you check out Tryall Golf Course, White Witch Golf Course, Cinnamon Hill Golf Course or Half Moon Golf Course if you want to spend a beautiful day on the greens. Even if you don't love golf, the views and scenery are amazing and make the trip well worth it.
