With five bedrooms and five and half bathrooms, the villa is beautifully furnished and comfortably accommodates twelve guests. With over 5,000 square foot of living space and 2,000 square foot of decks, you will enjoy the amazing ocean views, gourmet kitchen, two fireplaces, multiple dining table options, convenient elevator and abundant seating areas to gather together  - or find a quiet space on your own!.  Located on a quiet street, it is less than a minute walk from the beach access and a few minutes from Wild Dunes resort.   

The first floor of this villa is where you will find four bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms.  Enjoy watching TV on the 84" smart TV, plug in for video gaming, enjoy the stereo system, play a game, put together a puzzle or enjoy a snack from the kitchenette with full size refrigerator and microwave.  Take one flight of stairs down to the ground floor and enjoy a competitive game of ping pong!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
